一場神秘儀式，身穿雪白衣服的女孩甦醒，頂著公羊頭飾的男人摘下面具，雙方對峙。瞬間，十二名黑衣人向女孩靠近，儀式開始，眾人隨著樂音舞動、奔馳、讚頌。舞者穿梭於各個界線與山稜間，在傳統與當代間流動，眾人的神秘力量見證新世界誕生。

愛爾蘭知名舞團「舞蹈之家」首度來台帶來代表作品《界》，舞作源自古老的愛爾蘭傳統地區，MÁM 為愛爾蘭語，意旨隘口，代表著既是逃生也是步向危險，向未知與神妙之地探索。編舞家麥可·基根-多藍與知名手風琴大師柯馬克‧貝格利於舞蹈之家相遇，邀請12名來自各國的舞者與柏林stargaze樂團共演，在手風琴樂音領銜下，舞者肢體奔放而情緒飽滿，混搭民謠與爵士的節奏，如魔咒般的音樂，引領觀眾踏向未知探索的旅程。

When chance and fate collide, a new world emerges: MÁM is a dynamic, powerful music- dance performance with Irish mythology at its heart.

MÁM, a Gaelic word meaning ''mountain pass'' is a dance-theatre production inspired by Irish mythology and the mountain terrains of the West Kerry Gaeltacht, the homeplace of choreographer and director Michael Keegan-Dolan and concertina virtuoso Cormac Begley. The duo started this project working in close conjunction with 12 international dancers from the Teaċ Daṁsa company and 7 musicians from the European based music collective s t a r g a z e.  MÁM is a portal into a world of magic and wonder, where Gaelic traditions are brought to life and re-cast to suggest fresh connections between the ancient and the modern. For his work on MÁM, Keegan-Dolan was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best New Production in 2020 and two UK Critics' Circle National Dance Awards in 2021.

麥可·基根-多藍 

多藍被認為是當今最具創新性的現代舞編舞家和戲劇製作人，作為神話般的前「優獸舞團」（Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre，1997-2015）藝術總監而廣受讚譽，創作了三部獲得英國奧利佛獎提名的作品。2016 年創立「舞蹈之家」，他編舞的獨特方式為以協作與集體創作能量來創造美麗與情感共鳴的作品。現任英國沙德勒之井劇院的客席藝術家。

Michael Keegan-Dolan

Michael Keegan-Dolan rose to acclaim as the artistic director of Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre (1997-2015), creating three Olivier Award-nominated productions. He also has extensive experience teaching and has led workshops for different dance and theatre companies around the world. Michael was an associate artist at the Barbican Centre, London and is now an associate at Sadler's Wells Theatre, London.

舞蹈之家 

為深化編舞家與自身文化的連結而創立，亦即愛爾蘭原生的傳統、語言與音樂。團名Teaċ Daṁsa是「舞蹈之家」的古愛爾蘭語，不僅反映了多藍持續開展的創作之路，也反映了他的作品及其起源地密不可分的關係。舞團的首支作品《癲鵝湖》，國際巡演邀約不斷，《界》為舞團第二個作品，並獲得了2020 年奧利佛最佳新作品獎和 2021 年兩項英國評論家協會國家舞蹈獎提名。

Teaċ Daṁsa

Teaċ Daṁsa makes dance and theatre work informed by a sense of place and nurtures a deeper more meaningful connection with the traditions, language and music of Ireland. Its first production, Swan Lake / Loch na hEala, continued a tradition of ground-breaking productions for which the company is reputed. MÁM created in 2019, was the first show entirely conceived, rehearsed and produced in the West Kerry Gaeltacht and was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best New Production in 2020 and two UK Critics' Circle National Dance Awards in 2021.
