2025 臺灣口琴音樂節 Taiwan Harmonica Music Festival

THMF 臺灣口琴音樂節今年邁入第十屆，夏日的音樂嘉年華，是每年口琴界的盛會。
第三場Gala音樂會，邀請三位來自日本的口琴名家：山下伶 Rei Yamashita、千賀太郎 Taro Senga，以及深耕台灣爵士樂多年的藤井俊充 Toshi Fujii，與台灣的天狼星口琴樂團攜手登台。透過音符交織與對話，感受台日音樂與文化的交流與共鳴，為觀眾帶來深刻動人的夜晚，也為今年活動畫下美好的句點。

演出者介紹

山下伶 Rei Yamashita

山下伶，活躍於東京與橫濱地區的專業口琴演奏家與指導者。

畢業於桐朋學園藝術短期大學音樂科（主修長笛），畢業後因為深受半音階口琴音色的吸引，前往大阪師事日本代表性半音階口琴演奏家——德永延生老師。

2014年，榮獲第34屆F.I.H.日本口琴大賽全場大獎（Grand Prix）。

2016年7月20日，於Victor Entertainment發行專輯《Beautiful Breath》，正式主流出道。

2018年發行的專輯《Dear Darling》榮獲《JAZZ JAPAN》雜誌主辦的「JAZZ JAPAN AWARD 2018」製作企劃獎。

她擅長演奏古典、流行、爵士、拉丁及電影配樂等多元曲風，於各類音樂領域皆備受好評。

2023年，於日本古倫美亞（Nippon Columbia）發行第七張專輯《Good Time Good Music》。

並受邀於2025年大阪‧關西世界博覽會中，由聯合國主辦的爵士音樂活動「Speaking Jazz」擔任嘉賓演出。

Rei Yamashita is a professional harmonica player and instructor based in Tokyo and Yokohama area.

She graduated from Toho Gakuen College of Arts, Junior College Music (Flute). After College, she was fascinated by the tone of Chromatic harmonica and trained under Nobuo Tokunaga in Osaka, one of the representative Chromatic Harmonica players in Japan. 

In 2014, she won the Grand Prix of the 34th F.I.H. Competition in Japan. 

On July 20th, 2016, she made a major debut releasing a new album called “Beautiful Breath” from Victor Entertainment.

Her album “Dear Darling” (2018) received the Production Planning Award at the JAZZ JAPAN AWARD 2018, a prestigious jazz magazine accolade.

She approaches a diverse repertoire across Classical, Pop, Jazz, Latin and Film Music, earning high praise in every genre.

In 2023, she released her seventh album, “Good Time Good Music”, under Nippon Columbia.

She was invited as a guest performer at Speaking Jazz , a United Nations-hosted jazz event at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai.

千賀太郎 Taro Senga

千賀太郎（ Taro Senga）是日本藍調口琴界極具代表性的演奏家，自幼展開音樂生涯，至今累積了豐富的舞台經驗與深厚的音樂底蘊。他以靈魂深處的吹奏風格、細膩而充滿情感的表現手法，以及極具震撼力的現場演出著稱。無論是在大型音樂節的主舞台，還是街頭即興演奏的瞬間，他總能瞬間抓住觀眾的注意力，將藍調音樂的爆發力、哀愁與張力發揮得淋漓盡致。

他的演奏不僅承襲了美國傳統藍調的粗獷與自由，更揉合了東方音樂的內斂與細膩，使其音色獨具特色、辨識度極高。每一次演出都是一場靈魂與音符的交會，帶給聽眾深刻的共鳴與感動。千賀太郎無疑是亞洲藍調樂壇中最具個性與現場魅力的代表人物之一。

1990年，出生於東京。

1992年，首次接觸口琴。

1993年，與父親組成音樂團體「Blind Lemon Brothers」，展開音樂活動。

1995年，出演《北野武的元氣電視》，於芝加哥與藍調大師Jr. Wells同台演出，並在紐約阿波羅劇院的「Amateur Night」中獲得第二名。

1996年，於東芝EMI發行單曲專輯《やめてくれ助けてくれなんだこれは》（暫譯：《停下來、救救我、這是什麼？》）。

1997年，發表由Lee Oskar製作的專輯《Dreams We Share》。同年參演《冨田勳 Sound Cloud》音樂會，與雷・查爾斯（Ray Charles）、瑞克・魏克曼（Rick Wakeman）、迪昂娜・華薇克（Dionne Warwick）、曼哈頓轉運站（The Manhattan Transfer）等人同台演出。

1999年，Blind Lemon Brothers 發行自主製作專輯《またどっかで会いましょう》（暫譯：《有緣再會》）。

2001年，發行第二張自主專輯《飲・食・住》。

2004年，發行第三張自主專輯《Blind Q》。

2007年，發行第四張專輯《But I Like It》。

2009年，赴美展開旅程，搭乘灰狗巴士縱橫美國，進行街頭表演與即興演奏。

2012年，組成樂團「MONSTER TAI-RIKU」。

2013年，發表專輯《發現》，同年再發行第二張專輯《上陸》，並登上富士搖滾音樂祭（FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL）舞台。 之後陸續參與多場大型音樂節，如富士搖滾、ARABAKI ROCK FEST、SUMMER SONIC、RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL等。 在此期間持續創作並每年發表作品，累計錄音室專輯與現場演出專輯共計十張。

2020年，「MONSTER TAI-RIKU」活動暫停。同年加入器樂樂團「NONMALT」。

目前以個人名義展開演奏活動。

1990 : Born in Tokyo
1992 : Start playing the harmonica
1993 : He started his musical activity with his father in the band “Blind Lemon Brothers”.
1995 : Appeared on a TV program ”Beat Takeshi’s Genki-ga-deru TV”. Performed with Jr. Wells in Chicago. Got 2nd prize at “Amateur Night” at the New York Apollo Theater.
1996 : Released a single album, "やめてくれ助けてくれなんだこれは" from Toshiba EMI.
1997 : Released an Album “Dreams we share” produced by Lee Oskar. He appeared on “Isao Tomita’s Sound Cloud”, co-starring with Ray Charles, Rick Wakeman, Dionne Warwick, Manhattan Transfer, etc.
1999 : Released the first Blind Lemon Brothers' self-produced album "またどっかで会いましょう".
2001 : Released the second album, "飲・食・住".
2004 : Released the third album "Blind Q".
2007 : Released the 4th album “But I like it”.
2009 : Performed touring across the United States on a Greyhound bus.
2012 : The band “MONSTER TAI-RIKU” started.
2013 : Released the first album "発見", released the second album "上陸” and performed at the Fuji Rock Festival. Performed at a number of large Music Festivals like Fuji Rock Festival, Arabaki Rock Festival, Summer Sonic, and Rising Sun Rock Festival. And touring the concert all over in Japan. During that time, studio albums and live albums were released every year, producing 10 in total.
2020 : MONSTER TAI-RIKU activity suspended. Newly joined instrument band "NONMALT"
Currently active as a solo artist.

藤井俊充 Toshi Fujii

從4歲開始學習鋼琴，並在Berklee音樂學院專攻演奏與編曲。自2003年起在台灣展開職業音樂人的活動，參與Blue Note及河岸留言等知名音樂俱樂部的現場演出，並為台灣流行音樂歌手提供支援和編曲等多方面的音樂工作。自2006年起，加入絲竹空樂隊，其首張專輯入圍「金曲獎」，第二張專輯在兩個類別中榮獲大獎。他還參與了個人音樂計畫 Afternoon Tree 及電影《海角七號》的原聲帶製作。2017年發行的個人專輯《Blue Bear》更是在金音獎中入圍了包括最佳爵士專輯在內的三個獎項，對台灣音樂界產生了深遠的影響。擔任第13屆金音創作獎評審委員。2023年高雄文化部舉辦南面而歌評審及製作人。

Toshi Fujii began studying piano at the age of four and later majored in performance and arrangement at Berklee College of Music. Since 2003, he has been active as a professional musician in Taiwan, performing at renowned venues such as Blue Note and Riverside Live House, while also working extensively in the pop music industry as a supporting musician and arranger for various Taiwanese artists.

In 2006, he joined the group Sizhukong, whose debut album was nominated for the Golden Melody Awards. Their second album went on to win two Golden Melody Awards in separate categories. Fujii has also been involved in other musical projects, including Afternoon Tree and the soundtrack production for the acclaimed Taiwanese film Cape No. 7.

His 2017 solo album Blue Bear was nominated for three awards at the Golden Indie Music Awards, including Best Jazz Album, and left a significant impact on the Taiwanese music scene. He served as a jury member for the 13th Golden Indie Music Awards and, in 2023, was both a judge and producer for the “South Music” project organized by the Ministry of Culture in Kaohsiung.

天狼星口琴樂團 Sirius Harmonica Ensemble

天狼星口琴樂團為2017年世界口琴節小合奏冠軍得主，亦曾受邀擔任2013、2021、2025年世界口琴節大賽評審、演出嘉賓與講座。在2022與2023年，獲選為財團法人國家文化藝術基金會「TAIWAN TOP演藝團隊」。近年來持續活躍於亞太口琴節、首爾國際口琴節、德國柏林FEN音樂節、華夏口琴藝術節、全日本口琴連盟合宿研修会、檳城口琴音樂節等歐亞口琴音樂節與各國邀演中。天狼星口琴樂團曲風多元，特別著重在拉丁、探戈、爵士與流行樂等，為現今國際琴壇最具影響力的口琴團體之一。

在專業國際藝文演出之外，天狼星口琴樂團也致力於臺灣口琴音樂的教育與推廣。樂團定期於國家兩廳院、衛武營國家藝術文化中心等國家級表演藝術場館舉辦公演活動外，也長期活躍於臺灣各縣市文化局與各大學藝文中心的邀請專場音樂會中。從2014年起，樂團開始定期舉辦「臺灣口琴音樂節」，此活動目前已成為臺灣規模最大的口琴年度盛會以及東亞最重要的口琴音樂節之一。

近年來，樂團更跨足口琴硬體開發，由團員蔡明憲與張晁滕兩位老師成立手工琴品牌「Laelaps口琴」，希望運用多年來的演奏心得，帶來口琴硬體的革新。最後，天狼星口琴樂團希望能從專業藝文、教育推廣與硬體開發等不同面向，為口琴音樂創造一個更好的環境。

Sirius Harmonica Ensemble is the recipient of Harmonica Groups World Champion at the 2017 World Harmonica Festival (WHF). The group was also invited to serve as jury members, guest performers, and lecturers at the WHF in 2013, 2021, and 2025. In both 2022 and 2023, the ensemble was selected as a Taiwan Top Performing Arts Group by the National Culture and Arts Foundation, Taiwan. In the past decade, they have remained active across various international harmonica festivals and invited performances throughout Europe and Asia, including the Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival, Seoul International Harmonica Festival, Harmonica F E N Festival, Huaxia Harmonica Festival and Penang Harmonica Festival. Known for its diverse musical style, with a particular focus on Latin, tango, jazz, and pop music, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble is now recognized as one of the most influential harmonica groups on the international stage.

Beyond its professional performances at international arts and cultural events, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble is also dedicated to the education and promotion of harmonica music in Taiwan. The ensemble regularly presents concerts at major national performing arts venues such as the National Theater and Concert Hall and the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying). It is also frequently invited to perform at cultural centers and university arts venues across various cities and counties in Taiwan. Since 2014, the ensemble has organized the “Taiwan Harmonica Music Festival” on a regular basis. This festival has become the largest annual harmonica event in Taiwan and one of the most significant harmonica festivals in East Asia.

In recent years, the ensemble has also ventured into harmonica hardware development. Two members, Mr. Ming-Hsien Tsai and Mr. Chao-Teng Chang, founded the handcrafted harmonica brand “Laelaps Harmonica,” aiming to apply their years of performance experience to bring innovation to harmonica design. Ultimately, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble hopes to contribute to a better environment for harmonica music through professional artistic performance, educational outreach, and hardware development.
