Sokha是《高棉紅》這齣劇碼的女主角，飽受戰爭陰霾之苦，關於紅色高棉的回憶歷歷在目，不斷浮現出毀壞、充滿黑暗等超現實場景…直到透過藝術治療，慢慢發現藉由創作能抒發、治癒她自己以及協助社區逐漸走出當時的創傷。

這是來自位於馬德望的法爾藝術學院、創辦人們自身經歷的真實故事，《高棉紅》是個充滿力量及結合現代馬戲、現場作畫、音樂演出的作品。

這齣劇碼強調受害者飽受戰爭迫害的長期影響以及藝術治療帶來的神奇力量，逐漸重建這個國家。這些年來，不禁讓人對於法爾從1994年創立至今，長期的投入與潛移默化帶來的正向影響感到敬佩與認同！

Inspired by the Phare founder's true story, Sokha is a child haunted by war. Her memories of surviving Khmer Rouge combine with surreal visions and nightmares to create a distorted and dark reality. But through art, she discovers her strength and finds the tools to heal both herself and her community.

The Phare Circus show tells a powerful and emotional story. It's based on the true-life experience of Phare Ponleu Selpak's founders - from when they were young students in a thriving Cambodia, their survival of the Khmer Rouge era, and through to their vision and creation of a school using art to help heal and educate other children.

獨樹一格的演出團隊，結合為之一亮的現代劇場元素，法爾劇團展現在眼前的不僅僅是馬戲。演出劇碼結合現代劇場元素，融合更多柬埔寨故事；如同每齣劇碼出自於創作者及表演者的生活經驗，述說著柬埔寨的傳統及現代議題，舉凡戰爭、性別歧視、人際關係、貧窮生活與鬼怪等故事；揉合劇場、舞蹈、原創音樂以及振奮人心的高難度特技雜耍，更獲CNN Travel讚譽為東南亞的太陽馬戲團。

Phare, the Cambodian Circus founded in 2013, the troupe is managed by Phare Performing Social Enterprise. Through nightly performances in Siem Reap, Cambodia and international tours, it allows the world to learn about Cambodian culture. The performances combine modern theater elements, showing not only circus and acrobatics, but also more Cambodian stories.

Just as each play comes from the life experience of the creators and performers, it tells Cambodian traditions and modern issues; the combination of theater, dance, original music and exciting high-difficulty stunts and acrobatics has been praised by CNN Travel as the Southeast Asian Sun Circus.
