一道人之所以為人的叩問，一場辯證關係的雙人舞會

在身體趨近獸性、無語言的對談中，人的關係可以多誠實？

人，一捺一撇。兩副身體，於一張脆弱的巨大宣紙上相倚靠，「人」的關係就此展開。細膩的雙人舞間，肌膚接觸、重心變化，人與人最細緻的距離，在呼吸中時遠時近。當投入地去舞，腳下宣紙不破，卻每分秒都留下難以恢復的皺摺。關係在此也坦露出與紙張相似的質地：脆弱、不平穩、難以復原。

王宇光七年前發展舞作《捺撇》，與舞者李尹櫻以雙人舞探索關係。在重心轉換之時，品嚐人我之間的相依與抗拒，亦在之中直視權力與政治，最終在關係裡誠實見我。《捺撇》於 2021 年日本橫濱編舞大賽中獲得三獎項，五年間走遍歐陸眾多重要舞蹈平台巡演，並於 2025 年入選英國倫敦沙德勒之井「國際玫瑰舞蹈獎」決選作品之一。

一支舞由時空累積成活物，如同作品中那張巨大的宣紙，在溫度與濕度變化之間悄然改變。王宇光形容，每到一個他方，舞者和舞作就再往骨裡肉裡剝開多一點。於是七年後第一次在臺灣公開演出之時，進化為《捺撇 duo》。王宇光邀請他的大學老師蘇安莉，以及老師的老師、國家文藝獎得主古名伸，演繹另一組關係的深度對話。

With one stroke to the left and one stroke to the right, the Chinese character for human is formed. In this dance work, Being (S) duo, the focus is on the exploration of interpersonal relationships. Dancers present dialogues across an expanse of rice paper through contact, push and pull, breathing, and shifting of weight. The paper remains unbroken beneath their feet, but the traces left behind by their movements mirror the fragility and irreversibility of relationships. After being recognized at the Yokohama Dance Collection in 2021, this work toured Europe and was shortlisted for the UK's Rose International Dance Prize. It returns to Taiwan for the first time in its complete form.

Wang Yeu-kwn dances with Lee Yin-ying. He also invited his teacher Su An-li and her teacher, National Award for Arts recipient Ku Ming-shen, to collaborate. These four dancers form two duos, engaging in transgenerational physical dialogues on paper. The result is the exploration of mentorship, kinship, love, and unspoken connections.

Relationships flow like blood through the body, constantly changing and evolving. In Being (S) duo, balance is sought amidst instability, to honestly face the questions of who are you? who am I? And who are we?

人、人，關係的變化式

親情、愛情、師徒關係，或在已定義的關係之外，還可能有更多難以被語言指認，幽微卻閃亮的牽絆？

關係一直在，若非有將接觸即興引進臺灣的重要舞蹈家古名伸，若非蘇安莉師承古名伸，又若非王宇光在大學舞蹈啟蒙時碰上蘇安莉——王宇光的身體不會累積成此刻。一條關係線幽轉半世紀，匯聚於《捺撇 duo》。

那張大宣紙乘載得更多，四個人，卻不只是兩組關係。兩組舞者、年齡、性別、生命經歷截然不同，那是變化，王宇光形容就像是人的身體，每一分秒心臟都在打出血液輸送到全身，一切都在流動，感官與情緒每個當下都並非穩定不變。「是這些不穩定，成就了這支舞蹈。我們四個人，將在這些不穩定中，追尋一種平衡。」

舞者間每一次的觸碰、推拉，力氣相送，都是一種傾訴與傾聽，一再核對著：「你是誰、我是誰？而我們，又是誰？」

王宇光 Wang Yeu-kwn

微光製造藝術總監，同時是名擁有漁業證書的漁人。日本舞蹈雜誌 Dance Magazine Japan 譽為絕對值得期待的編舞家。 不僅是臺灣首位同時獲日本橫濱舞蹈節暨舞蹈大賽評審團優選，及藝術家支持獎的創作者，王宇光也是首位獲得英國倫敦沙德勒之井劇院「國際玫瑰舞蹈獎」入圍決選的臺灣編舞家。其「關係三部曲」舞作《捺撇》、《人之島》屢獲國際肯定，受邀歐陸多國劇院巡演。

Artistic Director of Shimmering Production and a certified fisherman, Wang Yeu-Kwn has been selected as a 2025–2026 Artist-in-Residence at the National Theater & Concert Hall of Taiwan. Wang is the first Taiwanese artist to receive three Awards at the Yokohama Dance Collection in Japan. He is also the first Taiwanese choreographer to be a finalist for The Rose Prize 2025 at Sadler's Wells in London. His work has been highly acclaimed, with Dance Magazine Japan recognizing him as a choreographer to watch. His "A Trilogy - Question of Relationships" project, including the dance works Beings and Islands, has been invited to renowned theaters in France and the UK, as well as multiple touring engagements across Europe. His creations have sparked significant discussions in the international dance scene.

「面向身體，俯拾即光」

2019 年由王宇光與李尹櫻共同成立，發展身體的探索與提問，創作當代舞蹈作品。並著迷於為素人與樂齡舉辦課程，長期發動「到處跳舞」藝術推廣計劃，提倡每個人都擁有一副身體，只要呼吸，便能創造微光。 自 2020 年起發展「關係三部曲」，著眼於身體與世界不同尺幅的關係叩問。第一部曲《捺撇》，是以紙張和墨跡同台的雙人舞，作品備受國際矚目，邀演足跡遍佈日本、希臘、德國、葡萄牙、西班牙與法國。2025 年入圍英國倫敦沙德勒之井玫瑰舞蹈獎決選作品。2024 年第二部曲《人之島》於國家兩廳院秋天藝術節首演後，隨即前往衛武營國家藝術文化中心與英國倫敦 The Place 劇院巡演。 微光製造持續以創作巡演國際，並不忘身體初衷，與大眾一起呼吸，創造身體微光。

Facing the Body, Where Light Emerges.Founded in 2019 by Wang Yeu-Kwn and Lee Yin-Ying, Shimmering Production focuses on exploring and questioning the body while creating contemporary dance works. They also launched the Hand in Hand, We Dance arts initiative, advocating that everyone has a body, and through breathing, we can create our own light through movement. Since 2020, Shimmering Production has been developing “A Trilogy – Quest of Relationships”, focusing on exploring the relationships between the body and the world on different scales. The first episode, Beings, is a duet performed alongside paper and ink, which has gained international attention. It has been invited to perform in Japan, Greece, Germany, Portugal, Spain, and France. Beings has also been selected as a finalist for The Rose Prize 2025 at Sadler's Wells in London.The second episode, Islands, premiered at the 2024 Artquake in Autumn at the National Theater & Concert Hall, followed by performances at the Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts and The Place Theatre in London. Shimmering Production continues its creative journey, touring internationally, while staying connected to its core purpose—dancing with every individual and creating a subtle glow that radiates from the body.
