德法公共電視台ARTE評選世界八大編舞家，林麗珍2025年全心製作。

潮起，潮落，釋放後的再開始。靈魂歷經劫難與輪迴， 愛，不曾改變。

時間令潮水靜寂，萬物奔流而同往。

《潮》是為了圓滿一份「不該愛上的人」的遺憾，而作的愛情完結篇。

德法公共電視台ARTE評選世界當代八大編舞家林麗珍的創作，一向以緩行的獨特身體語彙、簡約雕琢的視覺意象，和對生命宇宙觀的探索為標誌。作品往往經過多年醞釀沉澱，成果讓人驚嘆。《潮》創作於2017年，也是林麗珍繼「天地人」三部曲（《醮》、《花神祭》、《觀》）之後的最終章。

原本在《觀》中，守護河流的鷹族之子Samo因為愛上河流的神靈白鳥，最終被族人遺棄，獨自流浪遠方，而白鳥的魂魄也冰封海底。多年來，這個悲愴的結局一直讓林麗珍耿耿於懷，因而有了《潮》的誕生。在《潮》裡，林麗珍用了千碼的白布象徵著冰封大地。為了再見到Samo，白鳥奮力甩頭、悲鳴，用盡力氣掙脫冰川，回到和Samo相遇的地方，撼人的情感彷如潮水洶湧……

Re-production of LIN Lee-chen's heartfelt work. The tide comes, the tide goes. In the circle of life and death, love has never changed and never ceased being.

The Eternal Tides serves as the finale to a love story, completing the tale of  "someone who shouldn't have been loved." LIN Lee-chen's artistic vision has always been characterized by her uniquely slow-moving body language, minimalist sculptural imagery, and exploration of cosmic life perspectives. Her works typically require years of cultivation, consistently delivering astonishing results.

Created in 2017, The Eternal Tides represents LIN's  final chapter following her acclaimed Heaven, Earth, and Man trilogy (Miroirs de vie, Anthem to the Fading Flowers, and Song of Pensive Beholding).

The story continues from Song of Pensive Beholding, where Samo—son of the eagle tribe who guarded the river—was abandoned by his people after falling in love with the river spirit White Bird. While Samo wandered alone to distant lands, White Bird's soul became frozen at the bottom of the sea.

This ending led LIN to create The Eternal Tides. In the production, thousands of meters of white cloth represent the frozen landscape. White Bird breaks free from the glacier to find Samo, returning to their meeting place with emotions that mirror the surging tides.

無垢舞蹈劇場藝術總監林麗珍以東方沉緩細緻的身體美學，豐富而內斂的視覺表現與富原創性的舞蹈語彙，長年醞釀的空緩美學，匯流於「天、地、人」三部曲：《醮》、《花神祭》、《觀》，均為林麗珍編舞臻至成熟之作，不僅深刻影響臺灣舞壇，更令臺灣文化躍登國際舞台。

LIN Lee-chen, artistic director of Legend Lin Dance Theatre, has long emerged in the oriental aesthetics and thus presents glamorous visual expression and original dancing vocabularies. Such slow and ethereal aesthetics is eventually realized in her trilogy of Heaven, Earth, and Man : Miroirs de vie, Anthem to the Fading Flowers, and Song of Pensive Beholding. The series is the most mature creation of hers and has had a great impact on Taiwan's dancing circle.

白鳥回來了。只是在那之後，鷹族兄弟們，去了哪裡？

睽違八年有餘，世界當代八大編舞家林麗珍思索後再梳理，帶領以台灣常民儀式風格享譽國際的無垢舞蹈劇場，推出2025年全心製作。《潮》不僅是對「天、地、人」三部曲《醮》、《花神祭》、《觀》最深刻的回首，更是林麗珍生命沉潛，釋放之後的再續。

無垢舞蹈劇場30歲了。時間雕塑一切，地水火風都在無垢舞者的身體留下痕跡。身段更臻圓熟，儀規的諸般密語逐步就緒，肢體綻放如華，激盪如潮，在生命最深處盛綻。鷹族兄弟的羽翼乘載了歲月的秘密，種子與種子彼此碰撞敲擊，那是雨水滴進土壤的音律。

《潮》是情感的循環，也是靈魂的歸宿。所有故事終將因彼此而完整，生生而不息。

Legend Lin Dance Theatre, which earned its international reputation with the trilogy of Heaven, Earth, and Man, now presents a stunning revival of its masterpiece, eight years after its original premiere. Created by LIN Lee-chen, one of the eight significant contemporary choreographers in the world named by ARTE. LIN has been dedicated to the collection and preservation of the traditional cultures of Taiwan, particularly the elements of dance and music in the religious rituals and ceremonial rites, and then incorporates these elements into her choreography.  

Inspired by the ocean surrounding Taiwan and nourishing the lives on this island, LIN Lee-chen visualizes the life cycle of the tide, from the water drops in clouds transforming to rain, falling into rivers, and eventually flowing to the sea. As the tides ebb and flow, life comes and goes, the legend of the eagle brother and the White Bird continues. With this long-awaited revival, Legend Lin Dance Theatre is to lead the audiences to review the journey of lives as well as the sorrows and happiness along the way.
