從三歲到二十歲跳芭蕾舞的經驗，讓松本奈奈子重新檢視自己身體的本質。

松本透過華爾滋在京都的傳入與發展史，來反思日本女性的身體及舞蹈史。

在這件作品中，她與想像中的物件、人與風景共舞。靈感源自於曾在日本因肢體親密而受到道德審視的圓舞曲，在當代限制之下，重新思考「觸碰」與「連結」的意義。

松本結合個人經歷與在地田調，將敘事與身體動作交織成一場與無形他者共舞的詩意旅程。

關於 team chiipro

松本奈奈子與西本健吾組成的雙人表演團隊 team chiipro的創作實踐長期關注「身體與動作作為批判工具的可能性」。

近年來，他們以研究為基礎，發展出一系列舞蹈計畫，透過特定舞步或動作所喚起的多重脈絡，結合舞者的身體感知與記憶，編織出層層交錯的敘事與反思。

【About the Performance】

Kyoto Imaginary Waltz is a Kyoto-specific version of Imaginary Waltz, a project Nanako Matsumoto began in 2020 during the state of emergency. In it, she dances with imaginary objects, people, and landscapes. Inspired by the waltz—once morally scrutinized in Japan for its intimate physicality—the work reflects on touch and connection under new restrictions. Drawing on her personal history and local research, Matsumoto interweaves narration and movement into a waltz with imaginary others.

【About team chiipro】

Co-directed by Nanako Matsumoto and Kengo Nishimoto, team chiipro creates performances that explore the critical nature of the body and gestures. Their choreography draws movements from specific contexts, layering bodily sensations, personal memories, and collective memory to invite audiences into a physical dialogue about bodies living in contemporary times. Rather than simply revisiting history, their approach uses what remains—or the “gaps” left behind—to create new relationships and spaces. Major works include Menstruation Sumo Dance (2022), nanako by nanako (2024).
